Every answer ARIA gives a citizen is delivered with its exact source and a time-stamped audit record. The examples below reproduce that structure across four administrative contexts — France, Spain, Italy, Portugal — plus the behaviour that matters most: the honest refusal. Timestamps and freshness labels are illustrative; the structure (answer + cited source + verification recency + escalation) is the production behaviour, as shown live in every demonstration.

“Can I fell the tree on the edge of my property?”
ARIA does not decide. It explains that the answer depends on the local tree/planning regulations — and, in Portugal, that felling a cork oak (sobreiro) or holm oak requires ICNF authorisation — then transfers the call to the urbanism department and delivers a written summary of the exchange to the agent's desk.
