## What DanvIA does

DanvIA is a voice AI front-desk for European public institutions, operated by Cassin Vendôme (Paris). It answers citizens 24/7 by phone, web widget and QR code, automates routine level-1 inquiries (opening hours, required documents, case follow-up), cites an exact time-stamped source for every answer (Mode Clarté), and transfers to a human agent with a written summary whenever a source is missing or contradictory.

This English version serves Brussels and the EU institutions: high-volume multilingual reception for international populations, with routing across federated administrative levels.
